We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel affected orders, and issue refunds where a product was listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or clerical error

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; all orders are subject to our acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to: suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violations of these Terms
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed; this confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee product availability

We accept payment via PayPal and major credit/debit cards
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors; Northshelf does not store your full payment card information
You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided
Full payment is required at the time of order

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, costs, and related terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Because we operate on a dropshipping model, delivery times vary by supplier and are estimates only, not guarantees.

7. Returns and Refunds
